This matinee has transcended the afternoon and traveled to nighttime. Leave your body behind and join us for rarely seen music videos (Animal Collective, Daedelus, Flying Lotus, Lucky Dragons, Nite Jewel, Rainbow Arabia...), new dublab VisionVersion films (Adventure, Busdriver, Rio en Medio, Erlend Oye...), comedy clips (Bob Odenkirk, Tim & Eric, Zach Galifianakis...), out-there animation and other eye melting magic. After the films, stick around for a Friday night party featuring a live performance from one of dublab's favorite bands, plus Labrat DJs playing soundtrack selections on the Cinefamily Spanish patio. Vetiver: Eagle Rock Center for Arts

The magnificent band Vetiver will be playing in Eagle Rock next Sunday the 12th & Monday the 13th at the Center for Arts. I was lucky enough to catch them last year in L.A. at the Troubadour and in Santa Cruz at the Crepe Place and even those 2 venues are completely different in atmosphere and just sounds equipment in general both shows were spectacular. Be sure to make it out if you can!
